The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for guiding a team of Account Specialists to meet the sales objectives of the Anti-Infective product line within a designated territory.
This role operates within a multifaceted, account-centric sales framework that encompasses various healthcare settings, including hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic institutions, outpatient facilities, long-term care establishments, government agencies, and specialized private practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture a diverse, high-performing team, offering coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement a regional strategy that aligns with both national and regional goals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Interpret and communicate national and regional strategies to sales representatives, while executing a localized approach that supports overarching objectives.
Team Leadership
• Drive the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective communication, clear direction, and consistent follow-through.
• Foster collaboration and seamless operations in both daily activities and long-term business strategies with direct reports and internal stakeholders.
