Coordinate and facilitate job fairs for new store openings.

Educate store, district, and regional management on all aspects of human capital management, including policies, leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, terminations, and benefits.

Implement and oversee performance management programs, providing coaching and feedback to promote growth for associates and yourself.

Monitor and report on HR metrics.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or higher, with at least 3 years in Retail HR, is preferred.

Proficiency in HRIS, internet sourcing, ATS, and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS) is essential. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are required. Travel to all stores within the region is necessary.

You will receive a competitive salary, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Burlington's benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life and disability insurance. Full-time associates are also eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

As a rapidly growing brand, we offer various training and development opportunities to help our associates advance their careers.
