Job Overview

The EVERSANA/Citius Oncology Hematology Thought Leader Engagement Specialist will be an integral part of our field-based team. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical practices and customer relations, alongside experience with both field operations and corporate protocols. The specialist will be driven to engage and influence Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) to develop educational initiatives and support the execution of brand and disease-state strategies.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves close collaboration with hematology-oncology professionals, particularly Lymphoma Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring all interactions are compliant and approved.

The Engagement Specialist will oversee various commercial initiatives, including:

  • Insight collection
  • Speaker bureau development and management
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create educational platforms

The role will involve working in alignment with other field professionals, such as Regional Business Directors (RBDs), Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), as well as colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access.

Territory and Reporting

The Engagement Specialist will manage a designated territory within the sales region and will report directly to the Regional Business Director.

Essential Duties

The Engagement Specialist will focus on three primary areas:

  1. Support Brand Strategic Initiatives: Actively participate in cross-functional brand teams, providing insights on strategy, messaging, and tactical execution. Facilitate planning and execution of advisory boards, capturing valuable feedback for brand decisions.
  2. KOL Engagement and Advocacy Development: Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with KOLs, attending relevant hematology-oncology congresses and aligning resources with top KOLs.
  3. Communications: Deliver competitive intelligence and insights from interactions to shape brand strategy, managing executive engagement at various conferences and events.

Scientific Congress Management:

The Engagement Specialist will manage regional congresses, serving as the primary liaison for budgeting, contracting, coordination, and KOL meetings. They will ensure that all engagements are well-prepared, with clear objectives and follow-up actions.

Travel requirements for this position may reach up to 90%, including overnight stays as necessary.
