We are in search of a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to oversee our team of Outside Sales Representatives in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a collaborative team culture and possess strong performance management skills.

The Regional Sales Leader will be accountable for the daily sales operations and the effective implementation of strategies for the Outside Sales team. This role involves driving sales growth, participating in recruitment, team development, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage a cooperative team environment.
  • Manage sales performance through strategic planning to meet Net Sales goals.
  • Engage in continuous training for all team members.
  • Implement performance improvement plans to support team member development.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs with team members.
  • Oversee and address cancelled projects; make follow-up calls to retain customers.
  • Experience in home improvement sales is essential, with a preference for the bath industry.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in outside sales, in-home sales, or home improvement).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation: $70,000 annual salary plus uncapped monthly bonus potential.
