Become a vital part of our Grants Administration team

The Grants Financial Coordinator will play a key role in the daily management of grant administration, subcontracting, awards, and comprehensive review processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and structuring information for new grant applications and renewals
  • Enhancing communication among researchers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Supporting the formulation of departmental Policies and Procedures
  • Overseeing subcontract agreements, award notifications, and additional support documentation
  • Serving as a point of contact between various departments and personnel engaged in grant activities
  • Administering Info Ed Super User software
  • Evaluating and preparing financial plans for grant initiatives
  • Undertaking other assigned responsibilities

The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, along with 0-1 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with grant regulations and policies is advantageous.
