Role Overview

We are in search of a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales for our innovative vending solutions. This role will focus on high-traffic environments such as airports, educational institutions, and public venues.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering sales growth, establishing strategic alliances, and enhancing our market footprint. This position also entails leading a team of Business Development Representatives. If you possess a solid sales background, leadership experience, and a passion for technology, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate targeted markets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients and partners through thorough market analysis and networking.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to promote our vending solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique advantages of our products.
  • Negotiation: Lead discussions with prospective clients, addressing concerns and finalizing agreements that align with revenue goals.
  • Account Management: Act as the main contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales initiatives.
  • Travel: Engage in travel to meet clients and attend industry events as necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives, providing support and feedback to achieve objectives.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales, preferably within the food service sector.
  • Experience in a leadership role with team management responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business activities.
