Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and driven Partnerships Development Manager to enhance our team at ROLLER. In this newly established position, you will be tasked with cultivating and broadening our partner network, serving as the primary liaison for our partners, and spearheading strategic initiatives that fortify these alliances. A deep understanding of the leisure and attractions industry, along with our partners' objectives, products, and technologies, will be essential. Your initial focus will be on managing and expanding our hardware partnerships, with the potential to explore additional categories as our ecosystem grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, delivering exceptional support and nurturing robust, collaborative relationships.
  • Evaluate incoming partner inquiries and identify potential partnership opportunities, involving senior team members as needed.
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes for partners to access information and support, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with referral and integration partners to drive shared success and growth.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives by managing and promoting hardware packages to both new and existing clients.
  • Formulate strategies to bolster partner-driven sales efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Keep accurate and current partner relationship data in Salesforce, documenting all interactions and developments.
  • Utilize Salesforce data to track partner performance and assist in strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, emphasizing relationship-building.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid grasp of technology/hardware, with prior experience in hardware sales being a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, with strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
