About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Ascension. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering external relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Identify and develop strategic relationships with community partners and facilities, collaborating with leaders across the organization to drive new business.
  • Implement Pipeline Development Initiatives: Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development, gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians, and partner facilities.
  • Enhance Partner Experience: Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process, working to enhance the overall experience within the organization.
  • Conduct Needs Assessments and Offer Solutions: Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs, offering solutions including educational opportunities, practice services, and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.
  • Develop Target Growth Plans: Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals, and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • Leadership or Management Experience: 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
