Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and driven Partnerships Development Manager to enhance our team at ROLLER. In this newly established position, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our partner network, serving as the primary liaison for our partners, and spearheading strategic initiatives to fortify these connections. A deep understanding of the leisure and attractions industry, along with insight into our partners' objectives, products, and technologies, will be essential. Initially, your focus will be on managing and growing our hardware partnerships, with opportunities to explore additional categories as our ecosystem evolves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, delivering exceptional support and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Evaluate incoming partner inquiries and identify potential partnership opportunities, involving senior team members as needed.
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes for partners to access information and support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with referral and integration partners to drive shared success and growth.
  • Support sales initiatives by managing and promoting hardware packages to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to enhance partner-driven sales efforts and maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain accurate and current partner relationship data in Salesforce, documenting all interactions and developments.
  • Utilize Salesforce data to track partner performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid understanding of technology and hardware, with prior experience in hardware sales being a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, with strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining robust relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Participate in interviews with our broader ROLLER team to assess cultural fit.
  4. Offer
    Upon a positive assessment, reference checks will be conducted, followed by an offer to join.
