- Strong grasp of business development processes, market analysis, and sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the industry and market in which the company operates is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing and finalizing high-value deals and partnerships.
- Professional certifications in business development, sales, or related fields are preferred.
