Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with businesses and community organizations to identify opportunities for partnership and develop strategies to achieve mutual goals.
- Lead Professional Development Initiatives: Design and deliver professional development programs for business and community leaders, focusing on topics such as leadership, innovation, and community engagement.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, community organizations, and university partners.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the development and management of budgets and resources to support partnership development and professional development initiatives.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and disseminate communication strategies to promote partnership development and professional development initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Master's Degree in Business, Education, or Related Field: A master's degree in business, education, or a related field is required. A PhD or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in Partnership Development: A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, including experience in creating training programs, developing curriculum, and planning programs.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
