Job Summary:

The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring seamless delivery of our services, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring efficient management of resources, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales associates and coaches, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage studio finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the studio and its services, increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a sales or management role.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and marketing.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or business management.
