Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to drive business growth and excellence across our regions at Planet Fitness Franchising.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of Managers to ensure club operations and membership enrollment meet or exceed set standards and targets, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and clubs for all reporting, communications, and carrying out monthly initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve member experience, and increase club performance, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular club visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address performance issues and drive business growth, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Club Managers to ensure effective communication, training, and development of team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive results, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to Managers and team members to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a culture of growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Strong management and leadership experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, club managers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and adjust to different personality styles, management, and learning styles, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, managing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business growth and efficiency.
