About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Baresque in the USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA, focusing on interior design firms, architects, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with Baresque's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Australian head office and other team members to align strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business development progress to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the interior design, architectural, or building materials industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the interior design and architectural market in the USA.
  • B2B Experience: 3+ Years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Professional Network: Well-connected within the industry with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the USA as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
