About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Employee Benefit Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and sell employee benefit solutions to businesses and organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention
  • Work closely with our in-house training team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
