About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our engineering team by providing exceptional project coordination, meeting management, and administrative support.

  • Provide administrative support to our engineering team, including project coordination, meeting management, and data entry.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Assist with business development efforts, including preparing proposals and presentations.

Requirements
  • The ability to learn quickly, a self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelors degree a plus.
  • A passion for providing an outstanding client and team experience.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Previous experience supporting an individual, a team or project work.
