PEAC Solutions, a leader in equipment financing and capital lending, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Markets. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Finance Officer and will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies that align with the company's financial goals, risk management, and investor relations.
The Senior Vice President will collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive the company's growth ambitions while ensuring robust financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute capital market strategies to enhance PEAC Solutions' financial performance.
- Evaluate market dynamics, interest fluctuations, and economic trends to guide strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the syndication of equipment leasing and loan portfolios to financial entities and investors.
- Establish and nurture relationships with banks, financial organizations, and syndication partners.
- Identify prospects for both bulk and flow purchase transactions.
- Structure and finalize syndication agreements, ensuring compliance and favorable conditions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint funding opportunities for originations.
- Work alongside risk management to identify and mitigate portfolio exposure.
- Manage ongoing relationships with current and prospective investors, providing regular updates and insights.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to syndication partners and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate investor meetings and engagement initiatives as necessary.
- Partner with operations and finance to facilitate new partner onboarding and service oversight.
- This role may involve occasional travel for investor meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets, syndications, or similar roles within the equipment leasing and finance sector.
A bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or CFA designation is preferred.Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven approach.
Ability to engage with all organizational levels and across various business functions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of capital markets, syndication methodologies, and financial instruments.
Strong financial insight with excellent analytical and financial modeling expertise.
Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with investors and financial institutions.
Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
A strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
