As a B2B Account Manager with Orkin Pest Control, you will have the chance to advance your sales career while addressing essential needs for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our brand integrity and service-focused culture.
  • Establish strong relationships to create loyal Orkin clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in a designated territory, focusing on both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Meet sales performance targets through proactive prospecting and managing assigned leads.
  • Develop a daily schedule of productive activities based on creative sourcing and qualified leads.
  • Arrange sales meetings with potential clients to present Orkin products and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of potential clients' properties, both interior and exterior.
  • Act as a problem solver for clients by utilizing in-depth training to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients based on inspections and identified issues, addressing questions and setting clear expectations.
  • Expand the business by identifying potential clients who require our services and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, specifically in B2B, with a proven track record of success.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must reside within the designated area.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in commonly used CRM software.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a multi-managed work environment.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented, and competitive.
  • Resourceful and quick to learn new products, services, and processes.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and editing.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
  • Able to work in various weather and temperature conditions.
  • Must obtain and maintain required state licensing.
  • Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
