Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is tasked with fulfilling the Sales organization’s mission of cultivating and sustaining a profitable customer base for Graco products. This role focuses on driving sales of Lubrication products within designated market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize key sales opportunities across target market segments.
    • Formulate and implement strategies for key accounts, managing the sales relationship from initial specifications to full commercialization.
  • Market Strategy Development
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to gather competitive insights and market intelligence, aiding in the execution of effective strategies.
    • Identify and propose market-driven products, technologies, and services that address industry needs.
  • Channel Strategy Development
    • Create and execute annual and long-term development plans aligned with identified business strategies.
    • Assess customer channel, sales, and service requirements, implementing strategies to meet these needs through the LED teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience, particularly in OEM account management (Fluid Power experience is advantageous).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, or equivalent).
