Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive with a strong B2B sales background to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our B2B network and driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners. This role requires a strategic and organized thinker with a passion for building partnerships and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage boutique business alongside Sales Director. Focus on maintaining current accounts, new customer acquisition, and converting high priority leads.

Support the management and growth of Key Accounts (Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Moda Operandi) Selling reports, copy templates, order input, sample trafficking

Administrative support: finance, logistics related needs. I.E. Sending Statements, issuing credit memos, RAs, update on shipping status.  Partner closely and strategically with customer service / back-office team to troubleshoot day to day issues and questions from accounts

 

Market preparation and execution: support the team with showroom set up, scheduling and hosting market appointments, chasing orders

Business Development: Identify and target potential wholesale partners to expand our market presence and drive sales growth.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy: Participate in development and implementation of effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives in the B2B sector.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

Collaboration: Work in tandem with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on brand initiatives and product launches.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to management, and adjusting strategies as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience

Proven experience as an Account Executive or in B2B sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and B2B relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Proficiency in NuOrder platform preferred
