Position Overview
City Wide Facility Solutions is on the lookout for a determined sales professional to enhance our Sales Team. If you possess a strong ability to prospect for new business, sell with confidence and integrity, and understand your clients' needs, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative in our CBS Division, your primary focus will be to identify and onboard new clients while managing ongoing projects.

You will:
  • Engage in the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Utilize our network of independent contractors to manage project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and fellow sales team members to build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships.

The CBS sales division provides over 20 services to clients in the building maintenance sector.

Compensation Structure
This position offers a base salary along with uncapped commissions.

Key Duties Include
  • Prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients.
  • Managing the sales process by scheduling meetings, understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Securing new clients by addressing objections and developing compelling proposals.
  • Consistently building your prospect pipeline daily to meet metrics and win business.
  • Utilizing and managing our CRM system to record all customer interactions.
  • Overseeing sold projects to ensure the scope of work is completed through independent contractors.
  • Thriving in a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside B2B sales (experience in the construction industry is a plus).
  • A proven track record of success in outside B2B sales.
  • Project or construction management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a defined sales process and transition clients from prospect to close.
  • Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Prior sales training is advantageous.
  • An outgoing and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating presentations or one-on-one meetings.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, including Outlook.
