Role Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to enhance our business-to-business (B2B) Sales division. This role is essential for expanding our collection of unique private residences, including homes, villas, and chalets. The B2B team plays a pivotal role in promoting and nurturing our brand among travel agents, corporate clients, concierge services, and various partners globally.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dedicated, and an effective communicator, capable of engaging with partners to achieve their objectives while exemplifying our premium service model. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset is essential for developing an existing portfolio and becoming the primary contact for clients.

This position will oversee West Coast US, Canadian, and LATAM travel partners. The selected individual will represent our brand in calls, meetings, presentations, and industry conferences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth as we cultivate and sustain new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • 80% of your focus will be on managing key accounts, maximizing revenue growth from existing relationships.
  • Allocate 20% of your time to identifying and developing new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Expand a portfolio of existing business through meetings and presentations.
  • Oversee accounts throughout their lifecycle, driving engagement and repeat bookings.
  • Utilize Salesforce for effective contact management and lead registration.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, finance, and guest sales teams to ensure exceptional satisfaction for both partners and guests.
  • Participate in key travel industry trade shows and organizations.
  • Engage in monthly sales meetings, weekly one-on-ones with the Global B2B Manager, and monthly partner sales meetings.
