POSITION SUMMARY

The selected candidate will work as part of a small team, traveling to various locations in the region. Responsibilities include setting up shelving, adjusting planograms, and merchandising convenience and grocery stores to optimize sales performance. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, often starting early in the morning. Overnight travel may be required several times a month.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute all assigned store development projects efficiently.
  • Provide support to sales initiatives.
  • Deliver products to clients, ensuring accurate unloading and documentation.
  • Engage in merchandising activities, including stocking, pricing, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Modify shelving and install necessary signage.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during delivery processes.
  • Maintain required certifications and licenses as mandated by the employer.
  • Operate a delivery vehicle as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and leadership to achieve company objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels.
QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to follow verbal and written instructions for store visits.
  • Willingness to maintain regular communication with supervisors.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and independent.
  • Experience in product setup, resets, and equipment installation.
  • Willingness to travel and adhere to assigned work hours.
  • Proven ability to influence product placement decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Completion of all necessary administrative responsibilities.
  • Professional demeanor while representing the company.
  • Travel within the designated area is required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Clean driving record with insurability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs. consistently and up to 70 lbs. intermittently.
  • Capability to perform physical activities such as bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
  • Ability to maintain performance in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity standards.
  • Tolerance for varying temperatures during delivery operations.
