Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $13.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation for our dedicated team members.

About the Job

This Administrative Assistant role will provide primary administrative support to our Pharmacy Director and management staff. Key responsibilities include gathering electronic records requests, entering information into databases, typing memos and reports, and separating and distributing mail. If you have excellent communication and phone skills, with the ability to adapt within a diverse customer base, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma and previous experience working in an office environment. You must also possess strong computer and typing skills, with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
