Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide general administrative support to our staff at the Circle of Care facility. This is a part-time position requiring 5 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct administrative assistance to program staff as needed.
- Receive and assist clients and guests in the office.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Record and maintain training records for all staff on campus.
- Inventory and order office supplies.
- C Coordinate break room and building cleaning.
- Maintain and process reservation requests for CoC campuses.
- Process and maintain receipts, disbursements, and invoices.
- Assist with volunteer paperwork and monthly safety inspections.
- Attend maintenance team CQI meetings and assist with duties related to accreditation.
- Provide transportation for PAL clients as needed.
- Set up PAL classes, meetings, and activities.
- Process and track PAL student rent and savings accounts payments.
- Maintain information campus workbook weekly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Education: Associate Degree or higher preferred with a minimum of 2 years of office administration experience.
- Pass a thorough background check, Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, and drug test as required by Department of Human Services.
- Possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license and a good driving record.
**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
