Role Responsibilities
As Canva continues to grow, adaptability remains integral to our culture. In this position, you will:
  • Lead a team of solution and support engineers, fostering a collaborative and open environment where every member can make a substantial impact.
  • Coordinate communication between developers and internal teams to efficiently address technical inquiries and challenges.
  • Develop processes and tools to effectively support our rapidly expanding Enterprise and Developer community.
  • Take ownership of cross-team initiatives and projects, guiding them from conception to execution with autonomy.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations, assisting in the creation of demo agendas and preparing software presentations for developers.
  • Act as the voice of developers, articulating their technical needs to product and engineering teams.
  • Engage with our developer community, advocating for their concerns and feedback within the organization.

Candidate Profile
You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
  • A solid foundation in computer science and engineering principles, along with experience in web application development.
  • Expertise in API development and integration, as well as building web solutions.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience with custom extension and integration development across various web platforms.
  • A customer-centric approach and effective communication skills.
