Position Overview
-As the inaugural solutions engineer in the United States, you will collaborate closely with our General Manager and the go-to-market team to acquire new clients and facilitate their successful integration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Pre-Sales Engagement:
-Conduct thorough technical assessments to identify potential clients' requirements, challenges, and objectives in partnership with Account Executives.
-Assist in accurately identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral's solutions can deliver significant value to the client.
-Work alongside the sales team to advance deals and penetrate accounts, offering technical insights and expertise as needed.
-Shape evaluation criteria and take charge of the evaluation process.
-Develop a strategic vision for clients based on a comprehensive understanding of their strategy, desired outcomes, and necessary capabilities.
Product Deployment and Integration:
-Lead and assist clients in implementing our text completion API within their systems.
-Collaborate with clients to customize models according to their unique specifications.
-Support clients in integrating our APIs into their user interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience.
-Regularly communicate with product and technical teams to provide feedback and recommend enhancements.
Customer Success and Support:
-Ensure clients are fully leveraging the product's capabilities.
-Provide post-implementation support, promptly addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
-Work with Account Executives to conduct regular business and technical reviews with clients to ensure value and success are achieved.
-Offer suggestions for product improvements or new features based on client feedback.
-Develop custom functionalities for clients as necessary.
Candidate Profile:
-PhD or Master's degree in AI or Data Science. A strong passion for AI, with a commitment to staying informed and ahead in the field.
-Demonstrated experience in implementing AI or machine learning products.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for clients.
-Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion.
-Skilled in coding and understanding technical requirements.
-Familiarity with front-end development and integration processes.
-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
