Your RoleAs the Technical Solutions Sales Lead, you will be tasked with offering technical support to our sales teams and building strong relationships with contractors and key engineering accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborating with external clients and internal teams to develop and sustain technical relationships, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product offerings.
- Engaging with engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure our products are included in their specifications.
- Providing technical sales support to various departments, assisting in the development and review of engineering specifications.
- Working alongside cross-functional teams to revise existing specifications and create new ones, targeting industry-specific requirements.
- Delivering impactful technical presentations to diverse audiences, utilizing product samples and visual aids to promote our offerings.
- Proactively seeking new customer opportunities and maintaining regular communication with existing clients to expand our market presence.
- Following up on leads from industry events and identifying potential clients to enhance our customer database.
- Engaging with local code officials to ensure compliance and address installation inquiries.
- Participating in industry associations to promote our products and technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong technical background, adept at building relationships and resolving customer inquiries. Your organizational skills and strategic mindset enable you to develop effective plans for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in the industry.
- Preferred: College Degree.
- Valid Driver's License.
