Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on commitments made to clients.
  • Execute collections tasks with precision.
  • Promptly collect overdue balances from business accounts.
  • Inform clients of outstanding balances through various communication channels.
  • Address inquiries related to unpaid invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
  • Rectify billing issues and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with receivables processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to responsibilities with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed and maintain punctuality.
  • Prior experience in collections is preferred but not essential.
