Position Requirements
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with at least 90% accuracy in both alpha and numeric data.
Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset, curiosity, and adaptability to changing environments.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a confident, clear, and professional telephone demeanor.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to follow instructions.
Proficiency in basic computer functions: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
Availability to work during assigned shifts is essential.
Previous experience in an office or customer service setting is preferred.
