Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Role SummaryThe primary objective of this position is to assist the Quality Assurance Department by bridging communication between the Japanese and U.S. divisions. This role involves the gathering, documentation, and presentation of technical information.
Key Responsibilities- Review and document technical data to uphold quality standards.
- Analyze daily production reports related to manufacturing processes.
- Maintain logs of defective items and repairs, providing comprehensive reports to management.
- Compile and generate reports on product consistency and performance metrics.
- Conduct assessments and document findings on product acceptance and credit requests.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and reports.
- Support the Technical Department with transfer requests and inventory management.
- Record daily production metrics and test results.
- Update and maintain controlled documents as required.
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to identify and address quality trends.
- Communicate product specifications and quality insights to production teams.
- Utilize statistical analysis to forecast quality outcomes.
Demonstrate exemplary conduct in fulfilling all responsibilities associated with this role.
QualificationsTo excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) with one to two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Japanese and English, capable of interpreting technical documents and effectively communicating information.
- Mathematical Skills: Proficient in advanced mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
- Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions.
Employees must be able to perform essential functions, which may include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment may involve exposure to mechanical parts and elevated noise levels.
