Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general accounting functions related to designated accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Adhere to established Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable protocols, as well as any new accounting practices introduced.
  • Validate invoice payment authorizations, accurately categorize invoices, and input accounts payable into the financial sub-ledger.
  • Conduct reconciliations for all organizational credit card accounts.
  • Manage reconciliations for the organization’s toll accounts.
  • Prepare and reconcile office petty cash transactions.
  • Compile and organize invoices for various billing processes.
  • Assist senior management with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Support the entry of accounts receivable into the sub-ledger and process payments to clear outstanding receivables.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing systems for Accounts Payable documentation.
  • Collaborate with upper management during audits and contribute to departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
