Overview Q CELLS is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operations of our organization. This role will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within the company.Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Restock office supplies, manage supplies station inventory, and oversee office furniture layout management.
- Financial Management: Process all General Affairs-related monthly invoices and corporate card expense reports, and input expenses on the monthly expense data file. Proactively communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues and receive invoices promptly.
- Asset Management: Manage office assets, including print equipment, office furniture, corporate mobile devices, and radio devices.
- Global Mobility Support: Assist expatriate employees during the relocation process, including document processing for Visa, driver's license, and utility account creations.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Korean bilingual
- Education: Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software (SAP, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unforeseen situations effectively
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar coordination role within a corporate environment
- Certification: Certification in facilities management, office administration, or related field
- Sustainability Knowledge: Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives in workplace management
- Manufacturing Experience: Working experience in a manufacturing environment
