With over 13 years of experience, we have a team of over 210 Sales Consultants serving small to mid-sized businesses in their communities. Our mission is to provide business owners with an experienced Sales Consultant to build a path to more sales through our Certified Sales Operating Management System.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This is a key role that requires excellent multitasking abilities and a strong background in Operations. If you are a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for organization, process enhancements, and relationship management, we would love to hear from you.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperational Duties
- Schedule appointments, coordinate team meetings, and send meeting invitations
- Organize and maintain electronic files
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the team
- Assist with supporting Advisor sales contests and trips
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with onboarding for staff and other staff support needs
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding for advisors
- Coordinate the compilation and management of advisor training materials
- Assist with organization of new advisor training classes
- Maintain New Client Win distribution and posting
- Creation and management of Formstack forms for updates and reports
- Phone system management
- Manage email distribution lists
- Maintain advisor Incentive point tracking
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and work in multiple software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be local to Indianapolis or surrounding area
- Must be willing to travel to our Annual Summit
Education and Experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within sales or related area
