Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial operations or processing, particularly in sectors such as banking, mortgage, or brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer/client communications and inquiries.
  • Process client disbursements and handle customer correspondence.
  • Facilitate account transfers and manage wired funds.
  • Issue and receive checks as required.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service and data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a friendly telephone demeanor.
  • Flexibility to engage directly with clients while also having the capability to research and resolve operational issues.
  • Proficiency in general PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
