Position Overview:

Omni Hotels is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Office Operations Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the high standards of service that Omni Hotels is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee all aspects of Front Office operations and Guest Services.
  • Manage and mentor Front Office, Concierge, Door, Valet, and Bell staff to ensure adherence to Omni standards.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring compliance with service protocols and operational procedures.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively, maintaining a positive impression.
  • Utilize various hotel management systems to uphold operational controls and standards.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports, including rate discrepancies and credit checks.
  • Coordinate room assignments for incoming guests, including VIPs and special requests.
  • Work in conjunction with the Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests.
  • Compile group information sheets and ensure familiarity with marketing programs.
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks to maintain adequate supply levels.
  • Maintain open communication with department managers regarding operational updates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hotel front office or housekeeping is essential, with a preference for luxury hotel experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems and related software is required.
