Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Residence Inn San Antonio North/Stone Oak. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional guest service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Analyze and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize room inventory, and minimize overbooking.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of front office staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control front office expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting controls and procedures.
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Oversee all vendor and personnel contracts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Sustainability: Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with HHM's EarthView program.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on front office operations.
