Role Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Back of House Supervisor. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts, exemplary leadership capabilities, and a meticulous approach to operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily functions of our bakery and deli, ensuring that all products meet our high standards and that customer service remains outstanding.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor back of house personnel, including bakers and kitchen staff.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure sufficient staffing across all shifts.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate supply orders as necessary.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols consistently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen and storage environment.
- Work closely with front of house staff to guarantee seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
- Assist in the preparation and creation of bakery and deli products as required.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges proactively.

Qualifications:
