Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive Administrator to support our Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism while managing sensitive and confidential information. This role is crucial in ensuring that the administrative needs of the CFO and the leadership team are met efficiently and effectively, adapting to the dynamic nature of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Executive Administrator, you will:

  • Expertly manage complex executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook, prioritizing tasks and navigating conflicting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism.
  • Arrange intricate travel plans for both domestic and international trips, proactively identifying alternative solutions as necessary.
  • Ensure that meetings and events run smoothly and punctually, providing a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed itineraries, tracking travel expenditures and submitting expense reports with accuracy.
  • Draft and coordinate verbal and written communications with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and open communication channels that effectively represent Voyager Therapeutics.
  • Collaborate with peers in the Executive Assistant team to design and deliver presentations and reports for various meetings and projects using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Embrace and promote Voyager's company culture as a proud ambassador.
  • Assist the Administrative Team with special projects as required.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably supporting C-Suite executives in the biotech or life sciences sector.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple leaders while managing and prioritizing diverse projects with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong business acumen for making decisions related to expenses, travel, and priorities in alignment with executive directives and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with audio/visual online meeting tools for scheduling purposes.
