Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant for the International Business Unit plays a pivotal role in executing operational functions while reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of the International Business Unit.

This position encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, providing essential support to senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist departmental personnel with documentation and administrative processes.
2. Manage intricate schedules with careful consideration and proactive planning.
3. Organize domestic and international travel in collaboration with service providers, utilizing discretion, sound judgment, and thorough analysis of costs.
4. Proactively identify and resolve travel conflicts as necessary, including outside of standard business hours.
5. Oversee international visa applications and country entry prerequisites for team members.

6. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as team-building activities, ensuring all details are meticulously addressed for successful outcomes.
7. Compile meeting agendas, track action items, and prepare summaries for leadership and site meetings.

8. Utilize advanced MS Office skills to deliver comprehensive support for presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
9. Process expense reports, monitor their status, and act as the primary contact for all purchasing requests and contract submissions.

10. Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of contracted projects.
11. Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, which are vital for organizational success.

12. Undertake special projects as assigned or as gaps are identified.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, accompanied by 4-6 years of experience in a similar office environment, or significant comparable professional experience.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills are essential.
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization, is crucial.
A strong sense of accountability and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is required.
Confidence and professionalism in interactions with senior leaders, along with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, are necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) is essential.
Experience in the biotechnology sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Willingness to work outside of standard business hours to support visa processing, travel arrangements, and troubleshooting as needed.
Travel may be required up to 15% of the time.

This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Sarepta's facilities in the United States and attendance at company-sponsored in-person events as necessary.

Compensation:
The targeted salary range for this position is between $88,000 and $110,000 annually. Sarepta is committed to transparency in its hiring practices.
