Position Summary
We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Senior Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team, including the CEO and CRO. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the executive calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings while resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Stay informed about executive commitments and contribute to the enhancement of organizational processes for improved efficiency.
- Provide extensive support to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations within the leadership group.
- Attend critical meetings as necessary, tracking follow-ups and deliverables, and preparing correspondence and presentations.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external events, including team gatherings and leadership retreats.
- Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and manage expense reports.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in supporting senior executives.
