The Office Coordinator at Atwood Management plays a pivotal role in delivering vital assistance to the Leasing, Homeowners Association, Maintenance, Accounting, and Management Departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle incoming communications
  • Disseminate daily updates to residents
  • Assist the Leasing and Homeowners Association Departments
  • Oversee and manage lease documentation
  • Ensure report accuracy and integrity
  • Support initiatives aimed at resident retention
  • Address property emergencies effectively
  • Guarantee precision in administrative documentation
  • Respond to resident inquiries in a timely manner
  • Enforce property policies and regulations
  • Uphold a professional representation of the organization

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Employment Type:

  • Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • On-site position

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid US driver's license
  • Successful completion of a background screening
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred background in Hospitality or Customer Service
