Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of investor-centric events, including conferences, appreciation gatherings, and general meetings, which entails:
    • Researching and selecting appropriate venues
    • Partnering with vendors to ensure an exceptional experience
    • Coordinating and communicating event specifics with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide extensive administrative assistance to the Investor Relations team, which includes managing calendars, scheduling events and meetings, and facilitating internal and external communications.
  • Assist in managing the investor email account and relay necessary updates to the team.
  • Effectively engage and collaborate with investor partners and internal departments.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for social media, collaborating with the Social Media Manager to convey messages to our target audience.
  • Support the drafting and distribution of investor communication materials, such as press releases, offering memorandums, presentations, and quarterly reports.
  • Maintain and organize investor-related documentation, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP, Investments & General Counsel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration, along with one or more years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in investor relations or real estate is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and adept at working collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
