Your Role: Navitor Midwest, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a new Customer Service Center Representative to enhance our team. In this position, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are fully addressed. You will serve as the primary liaison for our sales representatives and clients, managing all aspects of estimating, order processing, vendor coordination, and customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for assigned accounts, Sales Representatives, or Account Managers, addressing inquiries via phone and email regarding our offerings.
  • Proactively identify and respond to the needs of both internal and external clients.
  • Support Sales in comprehending product details, pricing structures, and operational processes.
  • Effectively communicate customer project specifications to various production facilities to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress across multiple production sites.
  • Document and address complaints from sales and customers within our operating system.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the customer's concerns, determining the root cause, and implementing the best solutions.
  • Oversee inventory levels and issue purchase orders as needed to guarantee product availability.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present information effectively to individuals and small groups.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively, manage pressure, and interact with diverse personalities.
  • Aptitude for identifying problems, gathering data, and drawing valid conclusions.
