Position Overview:
The Field Sales Account Executive is tasked with overseeing the sales cycle and fostering profitable growth within a designated territory. This role focuses on both current and prospective clients, ensuring that the sales objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage sales strategies that align with corporate directives to maintain existing accounts and attract new clients.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive lead generation.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines, while considering production and logistics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to effectively position the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in a business-to-business environment.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
