The Field Sales Role:

As an essential member of our Field Sales Team, your mission is to introduce our Interactive solutions to the local market. Your duties will encompass identifying and qualifying potential clients, performing thorough needs assessments, delivering product demonstrations, and acquiring new customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Radio Account Executives to showcase our Interactive offerings to their clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting our premier digital marketing solutions to the local market through prospecting, cold calling, and arranging in-person meetings with potential clients.
  • Expanding our digital client base through new business development and collaborating with local radio sellers to enhance digital revenue within their existing accounts.
  • Establishing strong relationships with local radio account executives to train, mentor, and support them in closing digital sales.
  • Working closely with your Sales Director to set and exceed sales targets.
  • Partnering with local leadership to meet digital revenue goals.
  • No account management responsibilities – our dedicated onboarding and service team will handle that.

Qualifications:

  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business.
  • Motivation and competitiveness to surpass sales objectives and advance your career.
  • Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle are required.
  • BA/BS degree is preferred.
