Position Overview:

  • Engage clients by connecting their business objectives with the value proposition offered by the company.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines based on production capabilities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape by gathering relevant market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth targets and maintain effective communication regarding customer successes and opportunities.
  • Regularly maintain and submit detailed sales reports as required by management.
  • Manage existing customer accounts to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in outside business-to-business sales, demonstrating a successful track record in solution-based selling.
  • Proficient in employing a consultative sales approach to deliver diverse value propositions to clients.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with necessary insurance as mandated by state regulations.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations pertinent to the role.
