Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to become a vital part of our team in the engineering sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales, business development, manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays. This is a full-time role that provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients in the engineering sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business avenues to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Manage and oversee a designated territory of clients and prospects.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to showcase the company and its offerings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely product delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales within the engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays.
  • Demonstrated history of sales achievements and consistently surpassing targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
