Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to both existing and potential clients
  • Handle multiple inquiries efficiently and thoroughly
  • Guide and collaborate with clients to ensure accurate submissions to insurance carriers
  • Process policy changes, transfers, and renewals as required
  • Assist sales agents in securing new business by leveraging your expertise
  • Maintain precise records of client policies and interactions
  • Utilize various information sources and input data into relevant systems

Qualifications for Success:
  • Experience in Commercial Lines is essential
  • Background in customer service is preferred
  • Must obtain and retain a valid Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaboration
