Your Role:
The Sales Account Executive will be tasked with promoting and selling Nestlé products to retail and commercial establishments within a designated territory. This position is ideal for individuals residing in the Cedar Rapids area and looking to advance their careers in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in retail locations.
- Achieve and surpass promotional sales targets by implementing effective strategies such as price reductions, displays, and local events.
- Ensure adherence to promotional plans by effectively managing display quantities and identifying sales opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and prepare necessary information for scheduled activities.
- Analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures.

- Manage the overall relationship with retail partners, ensuring successful execution of strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with store leadership.
- Share best practices and insights with team members to drive results.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales or Consumer Goods is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the territory.
